Eliminating stress is the most sensitive part of our job. Together
with the family we comprise a plan of action to make this lifestyle transition as smooth as possible. For the resident, the experience in conjuntion with the family becoming their "parents parent", helps convince the potential resident that this is a neccessary and wise decision. We always strive to include the resident to take part in the decision.
